Against the backdrop of the recent terror attacks in Europe and elsewhere, The International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT) at IDC Herzliya will be holding its 17th annual international conference on September 11th-14th in Herzliya.
A week earlier, on September 6th, the Government Press Office will host a press briefing with Prof. Boaz Ganor, Executive Director of The International Institute for Counter-Terrorism (ICT) and Dean of the Lauder School of Government, Diplomacy & Strategy at IDC Herzliya, and Dr. Eitan Azani, Deputy Executive Director of ICT. The two will lecture on the subject of "The Terrorism Threat and the Art of Counter-Terrorism". After the lecture, Prof. Ganor and Dr. Azani will hold a Q&A session.
The press briefing will be held on Wednesday, September 6th at 14:00, at the GPO (Government Press Office), 1 Agudat Sport Hapoel St. (building no. 4), Jerusalem.
In addition to the press briefing, ICT welcomes you to the annual conference free of charge as representatives of the press. The conference will bring together over 1,000 top decision-makers, defense, intelligence and police officials, prominent academic scholars and security industry leaders from over 60 countries to discuss burning topics in the realm of Counter-Terrorism.
