Outstanding neonatal intensive care units: Carmel, Wolfson, Sheba and the EMMS Nazareth

10 January 2017

Ministry of Health yesterday held a ceremony for the health system's outstanding neonatal intensive care units (NICUs).

The units from five hospitals were chosen: Carmel, Wolfson, Sheba and the EMMS Nazareth.

According to Health Minister Yaakov Litzman, the work of NICUs is important and life-saving. The treatment provided is the beginning and symbol of a hospital's distinction which can develop and demonstrate excellence in other fields as well.
