19:00 - President Rivlin will address the opening dinner at the Inbal Hotel, Jerusalem, of the Annual Israel Leadership Mission of the Conference of Presidents of Major American Organizations led by Chairman Stephen M. Greenberg, and CEO Malcolm Hoenlein. The mission brings together more than 100 leaders from the Conference’s 52 member organizations, and its National Leadership Council. The address will be open to the media and will take place at the Inbal Hotel, Jerusalem. Media should coordinate with Laura Kam at 054-8068613.
Monday, 20 February
12:30 – President Rivlin will participate in the ribbon cutting ceremony for the new northern ring road at the town of Kafr Qasem. Also attending will be Transport Minister Yisrael Katz, Mayor of Kafr Qasem Adel Badir. TV CREWS MUST REGISTER BY SUNDAY 11am, 19.2.17 WITH SPOKESPERSON@PRESIDENT.GOV.IL. 11:00 – President & First Lady Rivlin will meet at the President’s Residence with artists from Har Hebron, who have created an exhibition called “Bells of Faith”, to be displayed on the walls at the President’s Residence. 11:00 – President Rivlin will host at his residence a ceremony honoring 15 awardees of certificates of excellence from the Ministry for Public Security, the Police, and Prison Service. Thursday, 23 February
10:00 – President Rivlin will address the inauguration of the Bizmax business center for innovation. The center for ultra-Orthodox men from Jerusalem is aimed at enabling greater integration of men from the community to achieve high level professional advancements – a key goal of the President’s ‘Israeli Hope’ initiative. The center is run by the Kemach organization, the Jerusalem Development Authority, and ‘Achim Global’. The President will meet at the event with Interior Minister De’eri, Governor of the Bank of Israel Dr. Karnit Flug, and the President of the Manufacturers' Association, Shraga Brosh. The event will take place at the Bizmax Center, 15 Hazvi St, (Bezeq Building), Jerusalem, and will be open to the media.
